Thanksgiving Weekend ~ Im trying to catch up!

 Thanksgiving day was beautiful! It was sunny and 60 degrees! We left on Wednesday to go up to Valparaiso, Indiana so we could celebrate Thanksgiving with grandpa. I got the turkey and stuffing in the oven and the pies were ready to go so we were off to the park! Grandpa has 2 really nice park close by. We went to the valplayso park first and then the butterfly park! We played hide and seek and slid down the big tube slides! It was so fun!


 Once the girls got there we had to bring them to the park too!

 The day after~ We LOVE to go to the Science and Industry Musuem after Thanksgiving. They have decorated with the Christmas trees of the world. all the local ethnicity  group decorate a tree from their culture.

 Driving home we saw this park all lite up for Christmas! It was so pretty!

 WE FINALLY DID IT! We took Jenna to the American Girl Store! This was the coolest store ever! We got to see the newest one up close and personal! Caroline Abbott~ I love her and her name is so perfect!



 We found a few of Jenna's other dolls as well, Her first one Mia, and also Lanie

 The whole thing was just too cute!

 Jenna is a star and do anything she puts her mind to! While we were here the boys went to the lego store. Samuel LOVED it!

 Then we went to the John Hancock Building. It was so cool and decorated so nice!
 Samuel loved this train set and wants one of his own!

 This place is especially special to me~ This is the conservatory next to the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago. I used to go here every week when I was little. Ken and I would Jump off this rock all the time. We loved it. So this was such a treat to bring my kids here! The conservatory was gorgeous!

 We totally lucked out and the zoo was decorated too! This was such a special day rolling down memory lane!
